About Coach Vince
-
Hello, my name is Vincent Pecorelli. I am a personal trainer, exercise science professional, and adaptive fitness coach with 8+ years of experience working with:
Older adults and “senior athletes”
Individuals with disabilities, neurodivergent clients, and movement disorders
Endurance athletes and military populations
Everyday people who want to feel stronger and more capable in their bodies
My background blends exercise science, injury prevention, and rehabilitation-informed training. I’ve worked in human performance labs, with military warfighters and leading nutrition policymakers, as well as families seeking inclusive, adaptive fitness options.
-
I specialize in a conjugate–linear hybrid approach to training—meaning we:
Correct muscular imbalances
Build functional strength with compound movements
Progress load and volume intelligently over time
Most importantly, I believe movement should be accessible, empowering, and sustainable. Working with me you’ll receive coaching, accountability, and a clear plan.

Move Well - Move More
