I have proudly serviced this population for 10 years. Initially providing swim lessons to children on the autism spectrum, I then obtained my NASM-CPT. Through my undergraduate studies and beyond, I began working with clients with medical complexities and disabilities, progressively learning adaptive training techniques and providing individualized programming for my clients. This path lead me to working for a non-profit in Boston, MA, where I provided adaptive fitness to individuals aged 7-30 with a range of need (ASD, CP, Down syndrome, Hydrocephalus, total blindness, and neuromuscular disorders).
